"What’s wrong?" Korra frowned softly.

"Bolin and I haven’t had sex in a year," Ari whispered. "Then last night I said something, and he was upset and he called me Catarina. He never calls me that, Korra."

"How did you say something to him? Did you say it with his feelings in mind, or did you yell out your own, expecting him to listen to your words when all he heard was himself messing up?"

"I know already, it was a bitch move of me," she said, huffing. "I was frustrated and being irrational. I just want to fix it."

"Knock it off." Korra snapped. "If that’s how you talked to him last night, then no wonder he’s upset!"

Ari looked away from her. Ari knew she was being a bitch, and she usually wasn’t like this. She was just so frustrated that she snapped last night. “I… I’m going to check on the babies.” She stood, walking out of the room.

"If you run away from your fears you’ll never conquer them." Korra said softly. "I don’t want to see your relationship with Bo crash and burn."

"I’m not scared of anything!" Ari said, sitting on the floor against the bedroom door. "He doesn’t deserve to be with a bitch…"

"Maybe he’s afraid of something, Ari. Have you ever asked him?"

"He said he didn’t want to hurt me," she whispered. "I’m fine, though…"

"…please tell me you didn’t yell at him for that.."

She didn’t say anything, staring at the floor.

"You can’t yell at somebody for their fear, Ari. Not only does it make them feel like an idiot, but it also makes the situation worse. What was he afraid of?"

"Hurting me." She stood. "I need to talk to him… thanks for talking to me," she whispered, going downstairs. She spotted Bolin in the kitchen, going into the doorway. "Can we talk?" Ari murmured.

"Sure, Catarina.." He mumbled.

She stiffened a bit, feeling her tears form. “I am so sorry for the way I acted last night. I was frustrated and I just snapped and that’s still no excuse for it. I didn’t even take your feelings into consideration and then I yelled at you for what you were scared of… I’m so sorry… I love you so much and I never meant to hurt you, but I did…” The tears were flowing down her cheeks now, and when he didn’t say anything, she looked away. “I… I’m gonna… change the babies’ clothes,” she whispered, turning and going to the nursery.

He gently took her hand, not saying a word for a while. “I’m sorry..”

She sniffled, shaking her head. “I don’t want you to apologize, you didn’t do anything wrong. I screwed up, like I always do.” She wiped the tears that were streaming down her cheeks with her free hand.

"I’ve been so scared id hurt you.."

"I know, and I yelled at you," she whispered. "And that was wrong of me, and I’m so so sorry."
